Our Good Shepherd

It takes some of us a lifetime to learn that Christ,
our Good Shepherd, knows exactly what He is doing with us.
He understands us perfectly. W. Phillip Keller

Do not be afraid, little flock,
for your Father has chosen gladly to give you the kingdom
Luke 12 v 32
.
Sometimes we feel as vulnerable as a little lamb,
crying piteously for it’s mother.
Jesus reassures us that He carries us close to His heart.
We receive His ministry of loving kindness and tender mercy.
He leads us beside His still waters and
encourages us to lie down in green pastures.
Our souls are restored
This is a day for us to abandon our cares and concerns
into the powerful hands of our good and caring Shepherd.
This is a day for us to rest in the arms of His love.
